1996 - When leaving Legion Field, following a heartbreaking loss, Buford and Junior were accosted by several large woman wearing “Alabama Law” sweatshirts. Surrounded by a sea of Crimson and White, the leader of the whales showed her remarkable intellect by telling Buford and Junior that they “Sucked” and that they had just had their “asses whipped.” Buford, without missing a beat, politely pulled a Dean Wormer, and told her, “Miss, Fat, Drunk, and Stupid, is no way to go through life.”
