Tray Blackmon - Little Ball of Hate
Like Dante, Tray Blackmon has endured his journey through the afterlife and come out the other side. Yippie. Let the hyperbole begin.
My thoughts? The guy has never played a snap of college football in his life, I remain unconvinced that he will be a great addition until he actually does something on the field. High school superlatives are great, but remember, Ron Powlus was supposed to win the Heisman ten times. Plus, how does his presence really change anything? It's not like Blackmon is 6' 2" and 245 lbs. He is another safety playing linebacker. The defensive line is the real issue. Sure Blackmon is fast and hits hard and I'm sure that he will be very motivated to make some plays. However, he will also overrun plays because of his youth and inexperience.
