Florida State vs. Miami - Full Circle

Let's just say I'm dizzy. Wow, what a display of utter ineptitude on offense. And I don't buy the "well the defenses are really good" excuse. I can list the teams that would have put up more offense than either of those two teams last night. In the end it was the offensive totals that are so pathetic, it was the breakdowns. There were missed snaps, poor quarterback decisions, numerous penalties. It was so bad that I actually let the wife catch up on "The 4400" episodes that she missed.

Why do I waste my time watching that crap? What was the draw? Everyone knew before the game started that it was going to be terrible. Was it ESPN's great promotion of the game that drew me in? Or was I just intrigued by what Jeff Bowden would do to top last year? I don't know, but the two teams combined for nine yards on the ground. Nine yards!!!!!

Nine Yards? That's all we got Dr. Beckett was Nine Goddamn Yards?

Even if you take away the yardage lost to sacks, there was still only 40 yards of rushing in that game. That is not OMG great defense, that is distrubingly crappy offense.
